Here's a list of some questions I often receive. If you have more, feel free to send me a message. I promise I don't bite!
Who hires me, who have I worked with?
Much of my experience falls into 2 types of teams:
✦ Production companies looking to add a coordinator, manager, or assistant to their project, mainly TV shows and commercials. I've done some films as well!
✦ Creatives, independent filmmakers, designers, fashion professionals, and other entertainment professionals who want or need assistance with their projects.
What sets me apart from other Producers?
I believe in keeping everyone in the loop! Clear communication is at the heart of what I do. I make sure my team always knows our goals, our progress, and our collaborators. I'm committed to ensuring no one feels in the dark.
I like to keep a careful balance between confidentiality and transparency, providing team members with essential information while protecting sensitive production details. This approach ensures project integrity remains intact while keeping crew members informed and engaged throughout the process.
I've developed my own production templates that help keep everything running smoothly and give access to my team to ensure we're all on the same page. I'm also quite adaptable when it comes to working with different software systems that other teams or managers prefer to use. I'd be more than happy to share them; please feel free to explore them here.
Where are you located?
I'm local to Central Florida, I'm able to travel rapidly to South Florida. And with proper accommodations, I can travel anywhere. I'm very familiar with working in Atlanta, New York, Houston, and South Dakota (random, I know).
What do I actually do?
I specialize in comprehensive project management, overseeing productions from conception to completion with meticulous attention to detail. As an effective cross-departmental liaison. I enjoy serving as the communication hub between departments, keeping everyone connected and informed about where we stand at each stage.
Taking care of my team members is something I truly value, and their comfort and safety protocols always come first. I bring a warm, collaborative approach to project management while still delivering organized, on-time results that everyone can be proud of.
My door is always open, and I believe the best productions happen when people feel supported and heard throughout the process.
Can you give me a breakdown of your production skills?
For starters, puedo hablar español, es mi idioma nativo. Speaking spanish makes it easier to communicate with so many vendors and crew here in Florida.
Budget breakdowns (AIPC in HotBudget, Movie Magic, Showbiz, own templates) Budget managing and spending tracker (PEX, CASHét), creating and mantaining schedules (Google cloud, Studio Binder, own templates), managing, organizing and getting releases, day of producing, payroll and deal memos recruiting & hiring crew, COI’s for equipment, safety procedures, accommodations, travel, meals, human resources, and general logistics, and probably many more not listed here.
What's my favorite color?
Yellow and pink, I can also sing all the HEATED lyrics by Beyoncé! Nest question; pretty please :)
What are your rates?
My day rate is competitive at $300-400 per day, with pricing tailored to project type, budget, and work schedules. I believe in transparent communication about compensation and am always open to discussing rates that work for both parties, again, I don't bite :)
How can I reach you?
Always happy to chat, feel free to send me a message anytime, and I will reply back pretty soon!
